[Caries prevention by controlled mouth rinsing. Results following a 4-year control period].

The authors report on clinical results, with regard to the inhibition of the increase in caries in the permanent juvenile denture amounting to about 40%. This refers to an experimentally extablished double rinsing procedure. Because of the favourable state of affairs between caries protection, expenses, and management, the authors recommend the utilization of this procedure for group prophylaxis.
