Abstract
With 4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzothiophene and 2-methyl-3-oxothiophane-1-dioxide (III) as AB and D ring precursors respectively, (+/-)-3,17-dithia-A-nor-14 beta-estra-1,5(10),6,8-tetraene-17-dioxide (I) was synthesised following the modified Torgov method.

分别以4-氧代-4,5,6,7-四氢苯并噻吩和2-甲基-3-氧代硫代烷-1,1-二氧化物（III）作为A环和D环前体，按照改良的托尔戈夫方法合成了（±）-3,17-二硫杂-Δ-去甲-14β-雌甾-1,5(10),6,8-四烯-17-二氧化物（I）。
