[A new method for the determination of iron concentration in urine and its use in intramuscular iron load for the reliable and early detection of iron deficiency conditions].

A new laboratory technique for determining the urine iron concentration is described. By means of another new method, the so-called intramuscular iron loading test, any iron deficiency can be recognized at an early stage.
