From premetamorphosis (end of stage Ib) of Nectophrynoïdes occidentalis (viviparous anuran amphibian) MSH cells are revealed in the pars intermedia of pituitary using cytoimmunofluorescence technique. At the same stage, ACTH-STH-PRL and LH cells are revealed in the pars distalis. The comparison of the order of appearance of different cell categories in the adenohypophysis (considered in the functional point of view) among the embryos of Nectophrynoïdes and the tadpoles of different amphibians allows the emphasis of some analogies and divergences.
在西方胎生蟾(一种胎生无尾两栖动物)的前变态期(Ib期结束),采用细胞免疫荧光技术在垂体中间部发现了促黑素细胞。在同一阶段,远侧部发现了促肾上腺皮质激素-生长激素-催乳素细胞和促黄体生成素细胞。通过比较西方胎生蟾胚胎与不同两栖动物蝌蚪腺垂体中不同细胞类型出现的顺序(从功能角度考虑),可以突出一些相似之处和差异。
