Abstract
In the presence of glucose-6-phosphate, the growth curves of Escherichia coli submitted to several concentrations of fosfomycin show: a) a delay of growth of the bacteria at concentrations 16 to 32 times lower than the minimum inhibitory concentration, b) the presence of resistant bacteria in regrowing cultures under subinhibitory concentrations.

在存在6-磷酸葡萄糖的情况下，用几种浓度的磷霉素处理的大肠杆菌的生长曲线显示：a）在浓度比最低抑菌浓度低16至32倍时细菌生长出现延迟，b）在亚抑菌浓度下再生长培养物中存在耐药菌。
