Activity of alanine- and aspartate aminotransferases and alkaline phosphatase in the liver and blood serum was studied during 17 months after the administration of plutonium-239 (92.5 kBq/kg) to rats preirradiated with gamma-rays (103.2 and 51.6 mC/kg). The dynamics of changes in the activity of the enzymes under study was undulatory; the changes observed in the enzymic activity under the combined effect of the two types of radiation exhibited certain distinctions from those caused by their separate action.
对预先接受γ射线(103.2和51.6 mC/kg)辐照的大鼠给予钚-239(92.5 kBq/kg)后,在17个月内研究了肝脏和血清中丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶的活性。所研究酶活性的变化动态呈波浪式;在两种辐射联合作用下观察到的酶活性变化与它们单独作用所引起的变化存在一定差异。
