Lower urinary tract dysfunction in vesicoureteral reflux.

41 patients with primary vesicoureteral reflux were investigated urodynamically. Only 4 of the patients had normal urodynamic findings. The rest showed reservoir and/or micturition dysfunctions. The study stresses the importance of a thorough urodynamic evaluation of vesicoureteral reflux patients.
