Flying lateral technique for thoracic myelography.

Because of the difficulty in obtaining lateral projections in thoracic myelography, this area is frequently neglected. This article discusses the technique developed at Medical Center Del Oro Hospital, Houston, Texas, for imaging the contrast filled thoracic subarachnoid space in the lateral projection.
