Clinical psychopharmacology--some problems in methodologic and experimental design.

While enormous strides have been made in clinical psychopharmacologic research during the past decade, fundamental improvements in methodologic and experimental designs are needed, if we are to have meaningful progress in the future. The challenges noted here are equally relevant to research in clinical psychotherapy.
