[Detoxicative plasmosorption and autologous blood transfusion of washed erythrocytes in complex treatment of patients with severe burns].

The efficiency of detoxicative plasmosorption with autotransfusion of washed erythrocytes performed in 31 patients with the injury of about 70% of the body surface can be compared with the operation for blood substitution. In view of absence of the syndrome of hemologic blood associated with a massive transfusion of blood from different donors this method may be considered the method of choice in the system of detoxicating measures.
