Derotation varising osteotomy (in children between 5 and 10 years of age).

The results obtained with derotation varising osteotomy in 108 patients between the ages of five and ten years affected by the sequelae of congenital dislocation of the hip are reported. Fifty-one of these were followed up for periods between three and ten years. In fifteen cases the operation was performed bilaterally. The result was excellent in twenty-four cases, good in thirty, fair in nine and poor in three.
