Aneurysms of pedal arteries occur very rarely, but they can be identified and localized by arteriogram. The author describes a case in which the aneurysm was excised after proximal and distal ligation of the artery. Although the patient was diabetic, the postoperative course was uneventful and the results of the surgery were satisfactory.
