[Echographic diagnosis of a case of prostatic abcess (author's transl)].

The authors report a rare case of prostatic abscess presenting with perineal pain then a purulent urethral discharge without fever no dysuria and proven beyond doubt by prostatic echography via a sub-public approach. Endoscopic resection of the cover of this abscess ensured cure.
