Abstract
A patient with an unusual cause of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome is presented. The condition was due to puff adder (Bitis aristans) bite. The successful outcome of the case after bilateral carpal tunnel decompression and unilateral fasciotomy of the forearm is described.
