Maxillectomy via a temporal approach. (A new technique).

A new technique for a surgical approach to the pterygo-maxillary fossa and its associated anatomical structures, which has been used in eight cases since October 1977, is described. It has been found to have considerable advantages over other techniques, especially irradiated patients.
