A case is described of an immense meningioma on the tentorium cerebelli and two concomitant saccular aneurysms of the temporo-occipital artery. The author discusses the problems of the causal relationship of brain tumours and brain aneurysmas, also the clinical evaluation (especially apoplectiform and other minor symptoms).
