[Modified method for determining protein in samples with high concentrations of lipo- and glycoproteins].

Protein concentration was estimated in samples containing high amount of lipo- and glycoproteins using sodium deoxycholate. The procedure developed decreased significantly the length and labour-consuming of analyse and increased the efficiency of estimation. Distinct increase of protein concentration was shown in proliferating tissues: regenerating and tumoral liver tissues, strains of hepatoma G-27, G-22, G-60, G-61 and G-48.
