[The concept of the biological action of low doses of ionizing radiation on cells].

A concept of biological cellular effect of ionizing radiation at small doses was suggested on the basis of analysis of physical interactions of ionizing radiation with substance as well as of experimentally observed cell reactions to low dose radiation. Probable molecular-cellular mechanisms of cell response at low level irradiation were considered.
