Intra-articular fractures of the knee: arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment.

Fifteen intra-articular fractures of the knee were treated by reduction under arthroscopic monitoring and osteosynthesis, and followed-up after an average of 24 months. The authors expose the principles of surgery and discuss the advantages and the disadvantages as compared to traditional surgery.
