Abstract
The rupture of hydatid cysts into the abdominal aorta is an exceptional and serious complication of the hydatid disease. We report a case of hydatid false-aneurysm of the abdominal aorta, explored by US Doppler, C.T. and arteriography.

包虫囊肿破裂进入腹主动脉是包虫病一种罕见且严重的并发症。我们报告一例腹主动脉包虫假性动脉瘤病例，通过超声多普勒、CT和动脉造影进行了检查。
