Abstract
We report a case of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 associated with chordee without hypospadia. Plasma levels of LH and testosterone were within normal ranges, but the plasma FSH level was slightly elevated. The LH response to LH-RH stimulation and the response of plasma testosterone to HCG were normal. However, the administration of LH-RH induced an abnormally low response of plasma FSH.

我们报告一例9号染色体臂间倒位合并阴茎下弯但无尿道下裂的病例。促黄体生成素（LH）和睾酮的血浆水平在正常范围内，但血浆促卵泡生成素（FSH）水平略有升高。LH对促性腺激素释放激素（LH-RH）刺激的反应以及血浆睾酮对人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）的反应均正常。然而，给予LH-RH后血浆FSH出现异常低反应。
