Abstract
Laparoscopic oophorectomy was successfully performed in 6 patients with ovarian dermoid cysts. The use of Endopouch eliminates the risk of spillage and the need to extend the wound. The duration of operation ranged from 60 to 90 minutes and all patients were discharged within 48 hours with minimal pain and no complications.

6例卵巢皮样囊肿患者成功实施了腹腔镜卵巢切除术。使用Endopouch可消除囊肿破裂风险，且无需扩大伤口。手术时间为60至90分钟，所有患者均在48小时内出院，疼痛轻微，无并发症。
