Abstract

The splicing of 3.36kb mouse mitochondrial mRNA precursor(L-strand) to 69bp RNA component is shown to be mediated by an endoribonuclease activity associated with Lettre Ehrlich ascites tumor cell mitochondria. The enzymic activity was partially purified by column chromatography and the in vitro reconstituted RNA processing assay was performed to document this finding.

3.36kb小鼠线粒体mRNA前体（L链）与69bp RNA组分的剪接显示是由与莱特雷·艾氏腹水瘤细胞线粒体相关的核糖核酸内切酶活性介导的。通过柱色谱法对酶活性进行了部分纯化，并进行了体外重组RNA加工试验以证明这一发现。
