The excretory function of the liver, impaired as the result of lead intoxication is followed up in dynamics in a series of 100 intoxicated men. Depending on the degree of lead induced lesions in the organism, degree of liver excretory function impairment and therapeutical policy adopted, the cases under study are divided up into three groups, as follows: group I--therapeutically treated with CaNa2 EDTA; group II--therapeutically treated with ATP and group III--therapeutically treated with CaNa2 EDTA and ATP. A favourable influence on the excretory function of the liver is recorded only in the group subjected to complex treatment with CaNa2 EDTA plus ATP.
对100名铅中毒男性进行动态跟踪,观察因铅中毒而受损的肝脏排泄功能。根据机体铅中毒损伤程度、肝脏排泄功能受损程度及所采取的治疗策略,将所研究的病例分为三组,具体如下:第一组用依地酸二钠钙进行治疗;第二组用三磷酸腺苷进行治疗;第三组用依地酸二钠钙和三磷酸腺苷进行治疗。只有接受依地酸二钠钙加三磷酸腺苷联合治疗的组,肝脏排泄功能才出现良好的变化。
