Radionuclide imaging of aortic involvement in Buerger's disease: case report.

Complete obstruction of the descending aorta, at a level just below the diaphragm, was diagnosed during a renal dynamic flow study. This is the second reported case of Buerger's disease causing aortic obstruction and the first such case initially diagnosed using nuclear medicine techniques.
