Bilateral subfrontal glioma simulating a meningioma.

An intracranial glioma, presenting with clinical signs and symptoms, as well as angiographic evidence of a meningioma, is presented. The computerized axial tomogram was the only diagnostic study that suggested the presence of a glioma.
