Ovarian failure may be an irreversible consequence of cancer treatment for premenopausal woman. The diagnosis must be do of repeated gonadotropins and estrogen levels. A case of pregnancy is reported in a 26-year-old woman with iatrogenic menopause since eleven years and receiving estrogen/progesterone replacement therapy. The patient's age at the time of therapy, the amount of radiation that the ovaries received and the dose of the antineoplastic agent(s) are the critical factors for determine future ovarian functioning.
卵巢功能衰竭可能是绝经前女性癌症治疗的不可逆后果。诊断必须通过反复检测促性腺激素和雌激素水平来进行。本文报道了一例26岁女性的妊娠病例，该女性自11年前出现医源性绝经，一直在接受雌激素/孕激素替代治疗。治疗时患者的年龄、卵巢接受的辐射量以及抗肿瘤药物的剂量是决定未来卵巢功能的关键因素。
