Abstract
In the years 1982-1992, 12 patients with frontal sinus osteoma were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology, Medical University in Cracow. The osteomas has been surgically removed by the brow incision. In the case of seven patients the tumor was removed as a whole but in five cases in parts because of their large size. In all patients the cosmetic result was satisfactory.
