Abstract
PATIENTS
We describe two patients with cancer-related low back and bilateral lower extremity pain that failed pharmacologic treatment.
RESULTS
In both cases, commissural myelotomy provided significant pain relief. The role of myelotomy in the management of cancer pain is discussed.
