The dielectric permeability of the different layers of biological membrane were investigated. The objects taken into account included a lipid bilayer, membrane proteins and external covers formed by clumps of protein chains. The distribution of electric fields and the values of electrostatic forces of membrane elastic layers stretching was found in such membrane.
