Abstract
An analysis of results of examinations and surgical treatment of obturative obstruction in 370 patients with stenosing tumor of the left half of the colon has been made. The patients age was from 28 to 88 years. Women--219, men--151. It was established that best immediate results were obtained after radical primary operations without a simultaneous reestablishment of the intestinal continuity.
摘要
对370例左半结肠狭窄性肿瘤所致闭塞性肠梗阻患者的检查及外科治疗结果进行了分析。患者年龄在28至88岁之间。女性219例，男性151例。结果表明，在不同时重建肠道连续性的根治性一期手术后可获得最佳近期效果。
