The above described genodermatosis with its abundant symptomatology (ocular, dermatic, dental and bone changes) can be classified as Goltz-Gorlin Syndrom. It is believed that this case has a priority in the anomaly of the lycrymal organs which has not been described yet in the accessible literature.
