Abstract
Small-bowel obstruction from impacted intraluminal foreign body after laparotomy is encountered but rarely. This report presents a case in which a laparotomy pad left in the abdomen caused strangulated intestinal obstruction after cholecystectomy.

剖腹手术后因腔内异物嵌顿导致的小肠梗阻虽有发生，但极为罕见。本报告介绍了一例胆囊切除术后留在腹腔内的剖腹手术垫导致绞窄性肠梗阻的病例。
