Pulmonary arteriole was measured and analyzed in 48 coal workers with an image analysis apparatus to study its pathological features and its relation to cor pulmonale. Results showed that the pathological changes surrounding pulmonary arteriole became more serious and the wall of arteriole thickened with the stage of pneumoconiosis developed and dust deposit increased. Percentages of wall thickness of the arteriole with a diameter less than 200 microns and area of the vessel cavity correlated with the complication of cor pulmonale.
采用图像分析仪器对48名煤矿工人的肺小动脉进行测量和分析,以研究其病理特征及其与肺心病的关系。结果显示,随着尘肺病病情进展和粉尘沉积增加,肺小动脉周围的病理变化加重,小动脉壁增厚。直径小于200微米的小动脉壁厚度百分比及血管腔面积与肺心病并发症相关。
