[Optimization of the impact of electrosurgical devices used in neurosurgery and vascular surgery].

The optimum measuring of power upon electrosurgical exposure is a highly important and pressing problem. Impedance values variable upon exposure are proposed to be used as a measure of the efficiency of exposure. The measured values are compared with the preset ones. Power supply is unattendantly stopped when the definite impedance value is achieved.
