[The diagnosis of the initial subclinical stage of manganese toxicosis].

A computational diagnosis technique has been developed for the subclinical stage of mangantoxicosis, on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of 103 miners under long-term occupational exposure to manganese. The above technique involves a combined assessment of abnormal changes by making use of a pathometric mathematical model; it can be used both on the computerized- and non-computerized basis, and in prophylactic management of corresponding groups of persons, during the periodic checkups, consultation hours and in a specialized-clinic setting.
