Abstract
Late follow-up result of the pancreatic blood flow deportalization using distal splenorenal anastomosis conduction in 16 patients with type-I diabetes mellitus was studied up. The diabetes mellitus course stabilization was promoted by performance of operation.

对16例I型糖尿病患者采用远端脾肾吻合术进行胰腺血流去门静脉化的远期随访结果进行了研究。手术的实施促进了糖尿病病程的稳定。
