Abstract

The effect of several fractionation regimes was examined by the model of mammary tumour in C3H-mice. The best results were observed with several fractionations daily. No curative effect was obtained by means of a total dose of 6000 rd achieved with all fractionation regimes. The results of investigations underline the importance of considering cellular proliferation kinetic processes in malignant tumours in order to optimize the temporal distribution of radiation dose.

通过C3H小鼠乳腺肿瘤模型研究了几种分次照射方案的效果。每日多次分次照射观察到最佳结果。所有分次照射方案达到的6000拉德总剂量均未获得治愈效果。研究结果强调了在恶性肿瘤中考虑细胞增殖动力学过程以优化辐射剂量时间分布的重要性。
