Abstract
Administrators have been fuming at the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations over the publicity and mixed signals surrounding "conditional accreditation" of their facilities. One exec who took the news in stride was so uncharacteristic that he almost got on a commission promo video.
