Community Home Health Care's mission is to distinguish itself as a provider of new and innovative services in response to needs within the Seattle community. Rosehedge House, a residential home for people with AIDS, is an excellent example of how this traditional home care agency worked with other community organizations to create a home for people who would otherwise not have access to home-based care.
