Patients buying Blues plan's 'one-stop shopping' concept.

Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania said its efforts to give patients in suburban and rural settings primary medical care and health insurance assistance in "one-stop shopping" clinics have exceeded expectations and may be expanded next year. The president of a Blue Cross subsidiary that's pioneering the project said, "We're ecstatic about how the concept is working."
