Our experience clearly demonstrates that transitional periods which include significant change can be very difficult. Nonetheless, we have described our organizational issues not to discourage, but to educate our readers. We are confident that the staffing changes, departmental reorganization, and other changes generated by the imaging system will have a positive impact on everyone. The institution will enjoy improved customer service and enhanced patient care.
