We have come to expect autonomy and accountability only to ourselves. This is a false paradigm. Poor service encourages a do-it-yourself spirit or a search for an alternate provider. We must recognize, however, that addressing quality does not begin with fixing an individual problem. This process must begin with redefining quality. This will require better communication and teamwork.
我们已经习惯于只对自己负责和自主行事。这是一种错误的模式。糟糕的服务会催生一种自己动手的精神,或者促使人们寻找其他服务提供者。然而,我们必须认识到,解决质量问题并非始于解决某个个体问题。这个过程必须从重新定义质量开始。这将需要更好的沟通与团队合作。
