Congress is considering reform of the 25-year-old Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act. Earlier this year, U.S. Secretary of Labor Robert Reich expressed his support of the Senate's OSHA reform bill (S. 575) in a statement before the Senate's Committee on Labor and Human Resources.
