For 88 operations in 69 patients with different adrenal diseases the author has employed transpleural (in 53 cases) thoracophrenotomy and subpleural (in 35 cases) thoracophrenotomy along the tenth intercostal space. These approaches are recommended evenin one-moment bilateral operation (3 observations). The incidence of complications directly relative to the selected approach is less than in lumbotomy.
针对69例患有不同肾上腺疾病的患者进行的88次手术，作者采用了经胸膜（53例）经胸膈切开术和经第十肋间的胸膜下（35例）经胸膈切开术。即使是在一次性双侧手术（3例观察）中也推荐使用这些方法。与所选手术方法直接相关的并发症发生率低于腰部切开术。
