In tuberculous microcysts two technics of plastic surgery are suggested depending on the state of the prostatic gland and urethra. In patients with microcysts without specific lesions of the prostatic gland and urethra vertical sigmocystoplasty was performed after subtotal resection of the urinary bladder. In microcysts associated with tuberculosis of the prostatic gland or urethra perineal sigmocystoplasty after the authors' technic was employed.
对于结核性微囊肿，根据前列腺和尿道的状况，建议采用两种整形手术技术。对于微囊肿患者，若前列腺和尿道无特异性病变，在膀胱次全切除术后行垂直乙状结肠膀胱成形术。对于与前列腺或尿道结核相关的微囊肿，则采用作者的技术行会阴乙状结肠膀胱成形术。
