The authors analyze some results in the treatment of 100 patients with spondilogenic sacro-lumbar radiculitis by epidural novocain-hydrocortisone blockades. The materials permit to substantiate indications, contraindications and some methodological approache in this form of treatment. In some cases epidural blockades were performed in combination with other forms of therapy (physiotherapeutical procedures, traction, analgetic drugs). A good therapeutic effect was seen in 88 patients.
作者分析了采用硬膜外注射奴夫卡因-氢化可的松封闭疗法治疗100例脊椎性腰骶神经根炎患者的一些结果。这些资料有助于证实这种治疗方式的适应证、禁忌证及一些方法学途径。在某些病例中，硬膜外封闭疗法与其他治疗方式（物理治疗、牵引、镇痛药）联合应用。88例患者取得了良好的治疗效果。
