In the information age, one of the paradoxes is how to get the information your organization needs to where it's needed when it's needed. At the MHA, we've made a strategic decision to employ the Internet (MHAnet), fax on demand (MHA QuickFax), and videoconferencing capabilities to communicate, almost instantaneously, with key staff at member institutions. These methods don't replace face-to-face meetings and documents through the mail, but they do offer members additional avenues for immediate access to the resources and services of the MHA.
