Dynamics of isometric tension, EMG, and character of AP generation were studied in separate muscle fibers in albino rats during prolonged indirect stimulation (40 HZ) of m. gastrocnemius and m. soleus. M. soleus was capable to maintain 50--60% of maximal tension during 2.5 hrs, whereas m. gastrocnemius maintained only 15--20% of the maximal tension for about 15 min after the onset of stimulation. According to character of AP generation, fibers of the muscles were divided into three major types: "silent", sporadically functioning, and constantly functioning. Mechanisms of these features of the muscle function are discussed.
在对白化大鼠的腓肠肌和比目鱼肌进行长时间间接刺激(40赫兹)期间,研究了单根肌纤维的等长张力动态、肌电图以及动作电位产生的特征。比目鱼肌能够在2.5小时内维持最大张力的50%-60%,而腓肠肌在刺激开始后约15分钟仅维持最大张力的15%-20%。根据动作电位产生的特征,肌肉纤维分为三大类:“沉默型”、偶尔起作用型和持续起作用型。文中讨论了肌肉功能这些特征的机制。
