How to communicate value.

Providing for the community's well-being by improving health status, increasing access to care, and holding down health care costs, once considered benchmarks to reach, are now compulsory requirements. The challenge to Michigan's hospitals is to quantify benefits and communicate their value in a meaningful and standardized manner.
